Raghu Vamsi specializes in sub contract precision CNC machining. It combines state of the art equipment with industry best practices to provide customers with on-time service and quality products.
Extensive resources of tooling, gaging, and quality machines like CMM & Trimoss enable Raghu Vamsi machines to run at maximum productivity and maintain unmatched quality.
All programs are stored and transmitted via a shop-wide DNC connection system.
Turning
Our CNC Turning Centers support large diameter turning at close tolerance.
Sizes : Dia 3 mm to 500 mm ( 0.125” to 20”) & 3 mm to 1200 mm long
( 0.125” to 50”)
Tolerances: 10 Microns (.0005”) & RA finishes of 12.
Milling
Our CNC Machining Centers support 3 and 4 Axis machining at close tolerance.
Sizes : X – 3 mm to 2000 mm (0.125” to 100”)
Y – 3 mm to 750 mm (0.125” to 30”)
Z – 3 mm to 600 mm (0.125” to 24”)
Tolerances: 10 Microns (.0005”) & RA finishes of 12.
