Today Raghu Vamsi Group is AS 9100 C and NADCAP Approved consortium of Companies engaged in the Design, Development, Manufacturing and Exporting of High Precision Engineering Components and Sub-Assemblies for Aerospace, Defense, Space, Industrial, Medical, Oil & Gas, Energy and UAV’s.
The Group’s competencies include CNC Machining, Engineering, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Composites Manufacturing, Electronics and Electro Mechanical Sub-Assemblies, Welding and Surface Coatings.

Our History
The early foundations of the business started by Mr. G. Thrimurthulu in 1992 in the area of Power Transmission and initiated cast iron castings and machining in 1998 led the group into gaining expertise and developing the capabilities in precision engineering.
In the year 2004 in a sudden turn of events when the founder passed away, led to Mr. G. Vamsi Vikas taking over the reigns at an early age of 22. The father who was affectionately referred to as “Raghu” was deeply missed by his colleagues. Soon after Mr. Vamsi Vikas had to start all over with a new vision and ambition which led to the incorporation of the company Raghu Vamsi Machine Tools Private Ltd. In 2004.
Within a short span of time the company was accredited ISO 9001 and awarded 9001 C certification which was a first in the region. In the coming years Mr. Vamsi was awarded two prestigious awards the Bharat Gaurav Award and Bharat Vikas Ratan Award by The Government of India for the outstanding work done in the area of precision manufacturing.
The company signed its first joint venture with ITP Spain, a fully owned subsidiary of Rolls Royce to manufacture aero engine parts in 2011 and the rest is history as we know it.

He has the experience in setting up world-class defence industrial facilities through focused JVs and strategic partnerships. He brings vast strategic and operational expertise into Raghu Vamsi and the associated ventures.
He has also played a critical role in developing the Government of India’s “Make-in-India” initiative in defence sector become a reality.
He has served in leadership positions in companies like HAL , Bharat Dynamics Ltd, DRDO , Birla Precision Technologies, Kalyani Rafael Advanced Systems (JV of Kalyani Group and Rafael advanced Systems Israel).
Ravindra Naidu completed his Degree Mechanical Engineering from Bhopal University, MTech from REC Warangal and MBA Operations from IGNOU.
Manish Matta is a Director – Finance & Operations in Raghu Vamsi Group, a leading player in the Aerospace and Defense sector for Manufacturing and Exporting of High Precision Engineering Components and Sub-Assemblies.

Arvind Singh brings over two decades of comprehensive experience in operational excellence and
supply chain and strategy within the manufacturing industry. As the Vice President of Business
Development and Overseas Operations at Raghu Vamsi Machine Tools, he plays a pivotal role in
steering the company’s growth and international expansion. Arvind's expertise spans across diverse
sectors including aerospace, defence, space, oil & gas, and medical, demonstrating his versatile
leadership and ability to drive innovation and efficiency.
Prior to joining Raghu Vamsi Machine Tools, Arvind held key positions at renowned companies such
as Godrej Aerospace, Magellan Aerospace, and Dynamatic Technologies catered to major Global and
Domestic OEMs like Boeing, Airbus, Safran, Rafael, BAE Systems, MBDA, Liebherr, Eaton, IAI, Collins,
DRDO Labs, HAL and BDL. His tenure in these organizations was marked by significant achievements
in business growth, client acquisition, and operational excellence. At Godrej Aerospace, he was
instrumental in developing major contracts and enhancing production capabilities, while at Magellan
Aerospace, he focused on developing and streamlining Supply Chain. His strategic insights and
operational acumen have consistently led to improved performance and customer satisfaction.
Arvind's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai
University, equipping him with a robust foundation in both technical and business aspects. His
leadership style is characterized by a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer-centric
approaches. Under his guidance, Raghu Vamsi Machine Tools is poised to achieve new milestones in
the global aerospace and defence, Space, Oil & Gas and Medical sectors, continually advancing its
mission to provide superior solutions and innovative products to its esteemed clientele
Mani is the Vice-President Quality, Compliance and Engineering at Raghu Vamsi group. Mani holds B.Tech
degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University. Mani has an
overall experience of about 39 years in the Industry. Mani has consulted and trained over 30 companies –
both Indian and MNCs in the areas of Engineering, Quality and Lean Management prior to taking up this role at Raghu Vamsi group.
Mani held positions of varying responsibilities at UTC Aerospace Systems India (UTAS India) such as
Director of Quality & ACE, Director of Engineering for UTAS Global Engineering Center (GEC, India) for
Interiors, Actuation Systems and Landing Systems divisions. During his tenure at Goodrich/UTAS, Mani
trained and coached over 500 people on various Lean tools and methodologies
Mani joined UTAS India in 2006 after spending 21 plus eventful years at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited
(HAL). Mani worked for Advanced Light Helicopter project in the areas of engine integration, fuel system and
Environmental Control System (Cabin Air-conditioning & Heating) covering activities of system design, flight
testing and certification. During the last part of his tenure at HAL, Mani played a key role in the successful
completion of two helicopter re-engining projects from design to flight testing to certification.
