Hailing from an agricultural background in a secluded coastal village of Andhra Pradesh, his journey began in 1976 when he relocated to Hyderabad to kickstart his career as a supervisor in a modest private enterprise. However, he soon recognized his innate calling for something greater. His dream materialized in 1984 when he founded "Subha Industries" in Balanagar, where power transmission products were made.

He harbored a vision of transitioning into CNC precision manufacturing and aspired to establish a globally recognized aerospace company. Thus, he initiated the journey of "Raghu Vamsi." Utilizing his modest savings and assistance from the bank, he commenced the construction of the facility in IDA Gandhi Nagar. In pursuit of his dream, he engaged in discussions with HAL, exploring potential collaborations and future orders

Unfortunately his dream was short lived when he was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in 2003 and passed away at an age of 47 in Feb, 2004. Present Managing Diretor G.Vamsi Vikas who was doing his executive MBA from IIM-C has taken over the company to fullfill the fathers wish at an age of 22 years.

With an ardent determination to excel in precision manufacturing and to achieve significant growth, the initial focus was on transforming the company into a process-driven organization. Emphasis was placed on enhancing quality systems, processes, and controls in preparation for ISO 9001 Certification, and we began manufacturing components for HAL, Bangalore.

Identifying the Company as a rapidly growing MSME under a passionate leader below the age of 25 years it ecouraged and awarded the MD with the prestigious "Bharat Gourav Award" in Delhi.

With the aspiration of becoming a prominent player in precision manufacturing on a global scale, Raghu Vamsi embarked on its journey into exports. This journey commenced with the supply of oil and gas components to Halliburton, USA, and pressure and temperature gauge parts to WIKA, Germany.

As the company evolved into a precision manufacturing enterprise with a global presence, we made concerted efforts to implement stringent processes and controls, aiming to excel on the international stage. This commitment to excellence led us to attain the AS 9100 B Quality Management Certification, a pioneering achievement in our region, as we aspired to supply aerospace components to global industry leaders

As the company achieved exceptional levels of performance in terms of delivery and quality, it was a moment of great pride when we were honored with prestigious awards. These accolades included the recognition as the Best Vendor for HAL and the esteemed Bharat Vikas Ratan Award presented by the Government of India

ITP Aero, a subsidiary of Rolls Royce and the Spanish Government, is a Tier 1 global major with an annual revenue exceeding $500 million. They sought a dependable manufacturing partner in India for their Tubes and Ducts Value Stream and selected Raghu Vamsi due to our dedicated leadership and a proven track record of excellence in execution and quality NADCAP Certification - FPI

Drawing from the experiences gained through our end fitting joint venture, Raghu Vamsi expanded its presence into the international aerospace arena. This journey commenced with the approval from Rockwell Collins, a prominent global aerospace OEM based in Cedar Rapids, USA. Encouraged by this initial success, Raghu Vamsi subsequently secured partnerships with GE Aviation in Pune, India, and UTC Aerospace in the USA.

Raghu Vamsi's vision extended to the development of complete systems and sub-systems, marking the next phase of our evolution. In pursuit of this goal, we engaged with DRDO to indigenously produce Critical Thrust Vector Control sub-systems, which were previously imported under a No Cost No Commitment arrangement. Despite our limited prior experience, DRDO recognized our enthusiasm and awarded us the project. We embraced this challenge and worked diligently to prove our capabilities, delivering results in record time

With the accumulation of valuable experiences, the Raghu Vamsi team was on a continuous learning curve. This was evident when the team received its first Best Vendor Award from GE Aviation, a global aerospace OEM. This recognition not only boosted confidence but also propelled the team to achieve even greater milestones

In continuation of our ITP joint venture, they were looking for brackets alongside our end fittings. Consequently, we identified a local partner who had sheet metal expertise, leading to the inception of Raghu Vamsi Siri Sheet Metal facility. Remarkably, within the facility's inaugural year, we attained both AS and NADCAP certifications, successfully proving over 100 components to esteemed clients such as Pratt & Whitney and Rolls Royce

Raghu Vamsi has a long-standing commitment to expanding our manufacturing capabilities. When a unique opportunity presented itself with the 75-year-old founder, Mr. P.K. Reddy, of a neighboring composite company seeking a successor, we seized the chance. This led to the establishment of 'Comprotech,' allowing us to diversify from our defense business and venture into the world of composites

Building strong customer relationships and earning their trust often opens doors to opportunities, as it did when a struggling small precision manufacturing company named Weaver Machine Tools(later renamed to WMT) in Syracuse sought assistance. Raghu Vamsi stepped in to acquire the company from the bank, reviving it and transforming it into a thriving and prosperous enterprise. At WMT, high end Aero engine Fuel nozzles for Collins, Parker are manufactured with additional capabilities of Vaccum Brazing & EDM

In the midst of the pandemic's challenges, Raghu Vamsi found resilience and purpose. We collaborated with academics and government facilities to develop an affordable ventilator. While our product had limited reach, it ignited our passion for collaboration and creating meaningful products. This led to our partnership with IIT-Kanpur, embarking on the journey of crafting indigenous military drones. In 2 years, TISA has successfully proved its first Kamakazhi drone flying upto 60 kms to the defense establishment

When Boeing approached us for fasteners, and considering the global demand for these components, Raghu Vamsi embarked on the establishment of a dedicated fastener facility
